Owasso to Celebrate Independence Day with ‘Red, White and Boom’ Fireworks Show and Preshow Event
The City of Owasso is set to light up the night sky this Independence Day with its annual Red, White and Boom fireworks show, scheduled for the evening of Thursday, July 4. The main display will launch at 9:30 p.m. from the Owasso Golf and Athletic Club, located near 86th Street North and 129th East Avenue.
Before the big show, residents and visitors are invited to gather at Redbud Festival Park for the Red, White and Boom Preshow, a free, family-friendly event beginning earlier in the evening. The celebration will feature live music, food trucks, lawn games, inflatables, face painting, balloons, and plenty of patriotic fun for all ages.
The evening’s live entertainment will be headlined by the Brent Giddens Band, performing on the Main Stage from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.
The fireworks display will be visible from many parts of the city, and organizers recommend using nearby retail and school parking lots as prime viewing locations. Guests are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs or blankets for seating.
This community celebration is made possible thanks to the generous support of presenting sponsor Tinker Federal Credit Union.
Whether enjoying live music at Redbud Festival Park or watching the sky light up across town, Owasso residents are invited to come together and celebrate the Fourth of July in style.
