Bailey Ranch Golf Club Added to Oklahoma Golf Trail

Bailey Ranch Golf Club in Owasso will be added to the Oklahoma Golf Trail in 2025, joining a network of courses designed to promote Oklahoma as a golf destination and highlight the state’s historical and geographical diversity.

Bailey Ranch joins 17 other courses in Oklahoma on the Trail. The announcement was made at a launch party for the Oklahoma Golf Trail Wednesday evening at Kickingbird Golf Club in Edmond.

“We are thrilled to join the Oklahoma Golf Trail,” said Corey Burd, Director of Golf at Bailey Ranch. “This is an incredible opportunity to showcase everything our course and community have to offer.”

The Oklahoma Golf Trail features a curated group of public and private courses across the state, ranging from classic designs by renowned architect Perry Maxwell to modern layouts and resort-style venues. The initiative is supported by the Oklahoma Golf Trail Commission and state officials as part of a broader effort to promote tourism and economic development through golf.

“Golf contributes over $100 billion to the U.S. economy annually,” said Oklahoma Lt. Governor Matt Pinnell. “By inviting the nation’s 28 million golfers to explore Oklahoma through the trail, we’re enhancing our state’s economic impact and our tourism appeal.”

The commission behind the trail aims to elevate Oklahoma’s status in the golf industry and highlight the state’s ties to the sport. Courses selected for the trail are intended to represent both the quality of play and the character of Oklahoma’s landscapes.

“Bailey Ranch represents everything the Oklahoma Golf Trail stands for — quality golf, strong community roots, and a course that’s both challenging and welcoming,” said Jared Gallagher, Oklahoma Golf Trail Commissioner and Owasson. “Its inclusion helps tell the broader story of golf in Oklahoma, not just through our most historic venues, but through hometown courses that have become pillars in their communities.”

Bailey Ranch is expected to benefit from increased visibility and tourism following its inclusion in the trail. The club’s location near Tulsa makes it a convenient option for both local and traveling golfers.

Bailey Ranch will officially join the Oklahoma Golf Trail in 2025. More information about the course is available on its official website.
