The Owasso High School girls golf team earned a third-place finish at the Class 6A Regional Championship held this week at Bailey Ranch Golf Club in Owasso.
Junior Taylor Tevis led the Lady Rams with a round of 74, placing second individually. Senior Reagan Plank followed closely with a 76, earning a fifth-place finish. The team's consistent play resulted in all six golfers placing within the top 20 individually.
Additional contributors included Audrey Ellis, who shot an 85 to place 12th; Hallee Martin, who carded an 88 for 16th place; and Isabelle Strle, who finished 17th with a round of 89.
The team’s performance qualifies them for the OSSAA Class 6A Girls State Championship, scheduled for May 5–6 at Meadowbrook Country Club in Tulsa.
Owasso will look to carry momentum from regionals into the state tournament as they compete among the top programs in Oklahoma.
